Terms and Conditions for Pilgrimage Participation

  1. Registration Requirement
    All pilgrims must complete the required registration process and provide accurate personal information before participation.
  2. Health and Fitness
    Participants should ensure they are medically fit to undertake the pilgrimage. Any existing medical conditions must be disclosed in advance.
  3. Compliance with Rules
    Pilgrims must follow all instructions issued by organizers, guides, local authorities, and temple/shrine management during the journey.
  4. Respectful Conduct
    Participants are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward fellow pilgrims, religious customs, local traditions, and sacred places.
  5. Safety Responsibility
    Each participant is responsible for their personal belongings, valuables, and safety during the pilgrimage.
  6. Prohibited Activities
    Consumption of alcohol, tobacco, drugs, gambling, violence, or any unlawful activities is strictly prohibited throughout the pilgrimage.
  7. Environmental Responsibility
    Pilgrims must help maintain cleanliness by avoiding littering and respecting the natural environment and public property.
  8. Travel and Accommodation Changes
    Organizers reserve the right to modify travel routes, schedules, accommodation, or arrangements due to weather conditions, government regulations, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
  9. Liability Disclaimer
    Organizers shall not be held responsible for loss, injury, accident, delay, theft, natural disasters, or any events beyond their control.
  10. Emergency Situations
    In case of emergencies, participants must cooperate fully with authorities and follow evacuation or medical instructions immediately.
  11. Photography and Media Consent
    By participating, pilgrims may consent to photographs or videos being taken for documentation or promotional purposes unless otherwise stated.
  12. Cancellation and Refund Policy
    Cancellation requests and refund eligibility will be governed according to the organizer’s official cancellation policy.
  13. Mandatory Identification
    Participants must carry valid identification documents and permits required for the pilgrimage at all times.
  14. Code of Discipline
    Any participant violating the terms, engaging in misconduct, or disturbing the group may be removed from the pilgrimage without refund.
  15. Dress Code
    • All pilgrims must wear modest, respectful, and culturally appropriate clothing throughout the pilgrimage.
    • Participants are encouraged to wear traditional or religious attire as prescribed by the pilgrimage authorities or customs of the holy place.
    • Not Allowed. Sleeveless tops, shorts, short skirts, transparent clothing, tight-fitting outfits, offensive prints, or inappropriate attire are strictly prohibited.
    • Any specific dress regulations imposed by temples, shrines or pilgrimage authorities must be strictly followed.
    • Excessive jewellery and expensive accessories should be avoided for safety and simplicity.
  16. Weather Protection
    Pilgrims are advised to carry suitable protective items such as shawls, jackets, raincoats, or hats depending on climate conditions.
  17. Right to Restrict Entry
    Organizers or religious authorities reserve the right to deny participation or entry to individuals not complying with the dress code requirements or for any other complaint.
  18. Identification Visibility
    Pilgrims must wear identification badges, wristbands, or tags provided by organizers at all times during the journey.
  19. Do Not Wander Alone
    All pilgrims are instructed not to go alone here and there without informing the group or organizers. For safety reasons, participants should remain with the group, guide, or designated companions at all times and avoid traveling alone to any location.
  20. Optional Visits Beyond the Scheduled Yatra
    If you know of places that are not included in our schedule and would like to visit them, you may do so by extending your stay for a few extra days. You can visit those places separately after our yatra ends.
  21. Acceptance of Terms
    Participation in the pilgrimage confirms that the pilgrim has read, understood, and agreed to abide by all terms and conditions stated above.
